I have a special interest in womens health and I believe that in taking a holistic view in this area we are more able to tap into our natural power, listening to our bodies and our inner wisdom.

Do I have to comitt to weekly sessions?
No, you don't need to have weekly sessions if this is difficult for you. The price includes 12 sessions to be used within 12 months, but you will get the most benefit from having regular sessions to begin with.
What days are available for appointments?
Appointments are available every Thursday and Friday as we'll as alternate Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Evenings also available.
I would suggest booking all appointments at the start to ensure availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
I would ask that you cancel any appointment within 24hours, and then we can rebook for another time. Cancelling less than 24hours before your appointment without good reason will forfeit that appointment.
